We invite you to experience our newly created Prodigy Series. Attractive and durable, these desks offer a new luxurious look, while retaining the proven quality, sturdiness and age appropriate design of our long established Wild Zoo Children's Furniture. Our Prodigy Series offers more than just a great look and child friendly design. Bacteria and moisture will not penetrate the nonporous Wilson Art ™ laminate top, providing a safe, easy-to-clean surface. Your child’s special desk will look new longer, with a surface that is resistant to scuffing, abrasion and gloss change. Custom orders using a laminate of your choice are also possible. Please contact us to discuss the options. Desk frames (legs and supports) are solid Douglas Fir from the forests of Oregon, in your choice of natural, white, black or chocolate brown finish. All of our desks feature dent resistant rounded corners with your choice of eight matching and contrasting edge trim colors that allow you to further compliment your room’s decor. Attractive, durable and functional describes the Prodigy Series from Wild Zoo Furniture.  As with all Wild Zoo products, we are proud to say that our furniture is made in Oregon, with materials from the U.S.A.

Prodigy Preschool PC Desk

A computer desk designed for preschoolers, this desk comfortably fits one child from 2 to 5 years old. Deep enough for a desktop computer, a full size tower can fit below the desk. 28.5" deep by 44.5" wide by 19" tall. Can be upgraded to the 23" grade school height with the optional Preschool PC Desk Grow Kit.

Pre-School Buddy Grow Kit

Pre-School Buddy Grow Kit

The pre-school buddy desk grow kit will make an existing pre-school buddy desk the grade school height without needing to purchase a new desk. The grow kit consist of a completely new set of grade school size legs that will replace the existing pre-school size legs on your desk. Once it is installed, there will be no difference in look or function of the pre-school buddy desk with the grow kit installed versus a factory ordered grade school buddy desk. The grow kit will raise the seat an additional 2" from the floor and the desktop an additional 4" from the floor. Before ordering the pre-school buddy desk grow kit, please measure the height of your existing desk. For the grow kit to work, your existing desk will need to be 19" tall from the floor to the top of the desktop. If it is 23" tall, then it is already the grade school size. Also, please make sure that the seat on your desk is attached to the frame with 3 (three) bolts, and not 2 (if it is attached with 2 bolts, then it is a PC desk and will need the PC desk grow kit).

Prodigy Matching Hutch

Prodigy Matching Hutch

Our hutch will securely attach to our buddy and pc desks and will provide additional storage space. The hutch itself is 44.5" wide, 10.5" deep, and 18" high and bolts to the desktop. The small shelf on the right of the hutch is large enough for CD’s or other small items. The monitor opening is 22" wide by 18" high. If the hutch is ordered separately for an existing desk, we include the attachment hardware as well as a jig for drilling the 4 attachment holes in the desktop. If it is ordered at the same time as a desk, then the holes will already be drilled at the factory.
